Auto-Merge multiple Accounts/Contacts




Problem
Client had lots of duplicate Accounts and Contacts in their Org and wanted an easy and cost effective way to identify and merge the duplicates. Using the standard Salesforce Merge was not a feasible approach.

Our Solution

Our Salesforce Nerds developed a custom tool built on Force.com platform, where the tool scanned the entire Accounts and Contacts in their Org and identified the winning records and the corresponding duplicates based on a set criteria. After the manual verification, the tool merged these identified duplicate Accounts and Contacts.

Password Authentication on Public Sites





Problem
Client had multiple Public Sites for their customers to access. They wanted to have a basic authentication built over these sites but did not want to spend additional money on converting these to Salesforce Communities.

Our Solution

Our Salesforce Nerds came up with a brilliant solution of having a layer of Password Authentication sitting over these public sites that enabled customers to login to the sites using their email/password combination but allowed them to view only the relevant data.

Dynamic REST API Administration within Salesforce



Problem
Our client wanted to expose Salesforce data elements to other systems using REST API Calls. However, they wanted to build this in a way that the data elements in the output from Salesforce can be dynamically changed by the Salesforce Administrators

Our Solution

Salesforce Nerds within us designed a brilliant solution for our client where they were presented an Administration screen to enter the fields returned in the REST API call for any of the Salesforce Object and from any system


What we Achieved

  •    Allowed the Salesforce Administrators to dynamically alter the output of REST API Calls to Salesforce from other systems, thereby eliminating future development time within Salesforce.

  •    Reusable solution where the client can build a new integration to a new system with NO development effort in Salesforce.
